Throughout her career, she managed multi-family (including affordable housing), single-family homes and industrial properties. Her skill set includes day-to-day operations with a focus on curb appeal, client, tenant and vendor relations, exterior capital projects and tenant improvements. She is experienced in Yardi and is multi-lingual. Malvina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, a Washington Real Estate Broker license and a Washington State Notary license.
