Josh Bailey - Property Manager

Josh joined JSH properties, Inc. in October of 2019. Prior to working in commercial real estate Josh spent seven years in the property and casualty insurance industry and is also the owner of a CrossFit gym with his wife, Annie. Currently Josh manages retail, industrial, office, marina, and residential properties throughout Seattle and the surrounding communities. 

He is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands (Kentucky), with a B.S. in Business Administration, and serves the community as a youth strength and conditioning coach. Josh holds a Washington Real Estate Broker License.
