Cory O’Brien has been in the property management business since 2001. She started off at Trammell Crow in 2001 and then moved to JSH Properties in 2006. Initially her focus was on Class A high rise office and mixed use properties in the Seattle CBD, flex office/retail and suburban industrial for institutional and local owners. In 2010, she moved to the Tukwila JSH office and currently works on retail centers ranging from 10,000-190,000/sf, industrial warehouses and suburban office buildings for both institutional and private investors. In addition, she has managed several Receivership properties through the foreclosure and sale process.
Skill base includes construction management, contract negotiations, marketing, budget and auditing. She is a detailed oriented manager that works closely with tenants to ensure upholding lease obligations, and with contractors and vendors to guarantee maximum curb appeal at most economical pricing to give greatest return to owners. She is experienced in Yardi, MRI and Kardin software. Cory holds a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration from Central Washington University and is a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker.
