Kevin Kooyman has been in the real estate business since 2010 with extensive experience in commercial property management. Commercial portfolio includes: Industrial Business Parks, Office, and Retail across Western Washington. He has been involved in the successful development of over 3M square feet of Class A warehouse projects throughout the region including site development, construction budgeting, space planning, permitting and construction management. Kevin’s experience includes all aspects of property management including budgeting, reforecasting, leasing, marketing, vendor contracting, and reporting for both institutional and private investors. He is a graduate of Washington State University, a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker and is a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2017, he was honored by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as one of the top "30 under 30" in the commercial real estate industry (nationally).
