Chuck has been in the commercial real estate business for over 33 years. Chuck began his career with Solly Development, a prominent south end Industrial/Commercial development company from 1983 through 1991, where he was involved in the development of numerous warehouse and office projects. Chuck was involved in all aspects of the development process including initial layouts and pro forma’s, budgeting, financing, land purchases, design coordination, permitting, construction management and on through the marketing, lease-up and property management of the completed projects.
Chuck joined JSH Properties in 1991 and opened the JSH Properties office in the Kent Valley in 1992. Chuck has extensive experience managing industrial and office properties for both institutional and private investors. Chuck also has a long and successful track record in both leasing and building sales as well as helping owners manage leasing teams to maximize performance. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor degree in Business Finance.
