Tracy has over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in tenant and landlord representation. She has been involved in the real estate site selection, expansion, and relocations for such Tenants as: Starbucks Coffee Company, LA Fitness, Panera Bread Company, All The Best Pet Care, Sally Beauty, Elemental Wood Fire Pizza, Einstein’s Bagels, Cost Plus, Umpqua Bank, Vitamin Shoppe, Veggie Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice-Cream, Bright Now! Dental, Jamba Juice, Menchie’s Yogurt, Fatburger, Baja Fresh, Henredon Furniture/ Furniture Brands International, and Century Theaters.

Tracy was also Director of Development and Real Estate Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. This included securing locations and lease negotiation of existing and future retail sites. She was responsible for opening multiple markets (while maintaining over 100 deals a year) and developing long-term strategic growth and roll-out plans for each market. Tracy was responsible for analyzing new market real estate sites, participated in the negotiation of leases and acted as a spokesperson for Starbucks in the assigned geographic market of real estate. 

After leaving Starbucks she managed her own firm for 4 years before joining JSH Properties in 2004. She has assisted in the start-up/strategic roll-out of multiple national retailers who enter the NW.
